CLAYTONCOMMUNITY CENTREBook or registerProgrammes & safeguarding
Safe participation, shared responsibility.
Applications and places
An application does not guarantee a place. The centre reviews age, group suitability, support needs, safeguarding and capacity. Fees and timetable are confirmed before acceptance.
Accurate and current information
The parent, guardian or adult participant must provide accurate emergency, medical, allergy and support information and promptly tell us of changes. In an emergency, staff may contact emergency services and the named contact.
Safeguarding and behaviour
Participants and families must follow safeguarding, arrival and collection, respectful behaviour, anti-bullying, health and safety and staff instructions. Serious risk or repeated harmful behaviour may lead to suspension while the centre follows a fair safeguarding process.
Photography choice
Photography/video consent is separate and optional. Saying no does not affect access to a programme. Consent may be withdrawn for future use by contacting the centre, although material already lawfully published may not always be fully recoverable.
Health information
Health and support details are used only to assess needs, support safe participation and respond to emergencies. Access is restricted to people who need it for those purposes.
Data and communications
Service messages about the application or programme are necessary. News about unrelated centre activities is optional. See the privacy notice.
