The centre reviews availability, capacity, safeguarding, fire safety, licensing and the planned activity. No date is reserved until written confirmation.

Tell us exactly what is planned, including under-18s, alcohol, entertainment, caterers and external equipment.

We approve or decline the request, confirm any conditions and then arrange secure payment.

The £100 deposit is returned after inspection, less only reasonable documented deductions permitted by the hire terms.
